Sorry the stay wasn't as you had hoped
But one thing... if you had to stand at the glass door to see the ocean you were not in an ocean front room. Those rooms are considered ocean view.
When you're in an ocean front room you pretty much can see the ocean straight ahead of you even if the Westin is in the way.
