Yeah, those guys don't know when to stop (seriously, who would buy anything from them??). Wearing a set of earphones/headphones when passing them does help a little.

For folks going to the MTR, the best option is to leave the hotel via the side entrance, and enter the subway at exit L1 (across the small road and to the right, away from Nathan Road).
