Got a lovely e-mail from Mr Hillier offering all sorts of bonuses for booking a return flight in my birthday month. I have booked a trip long-haul in CW that is worth a bonus of 30k Avios - or would be if I hadn't made the booking 18 hours before the e-mail arrived.
