Is it possible to reach US Airways on the phone during a storm?
Yesterday my flight got cancelled on US Air. They auto-rebooked me on flights that would require a double connection.
What is the best way to reach US Airways? Is there any way to reach US Airways during a storm? Sat on hold for 2 hours on their reservations line never reached a person. I also called EXP line which called me back 1 hour 30 later. They tried to transfer me to the Chairman Preferred line but it was busy.
Ended up just buying tickets on a Delta non-stop. Thankfully the US Airways agent at the airport put in the refund request for me.
