I think you're missing the point, but that's normal if you are a woman or a man who isn't Caucasian. Those of us who are Caucasian are attacked by Indian hawkers constantly if we walk along the Sheraton side of Nathan road. They do not bother anyone except white men. I've come close to punching them at times because they are basically shouting out loud that we are morons because no one else would be stupid enough to buy their junk. And they do it repeatedly no matter how many times you try to push past them as you go back and forth to the MTR or 7/11, etc.
