We stayed in 2 rooms at the FI last March for a week. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby. A little above breakfast for FI but VERY crowded at peak times. You do share parking with a strip mall but there is overflow parking at the back which we had to use once. Pool was smallish and outdoors so you probably won't get much use out of that in Feb. No hot tub that I remember.
Rooms were typically FI nothing out of the ordinary.
One word of caution about the shuttle. The times were very limited. If I remember the paper they gave me it was 3 out bound am trips (and none would get you into the park by open) and if I remember correctly there was a naptime 3-4. suppertime 5-6ish, and 10 pm shuttle. I think that was from the transportation center so you would need 30-40 minutes to get from your park to TC and would miss the night show each time. You might wind up using a cab but it is close enough that it should be reasonable.
Other pros-close to lots of restaurants, walgreens across the street and I think there was a local mexican?(can't remember maybe italian) and a steak n shake in the same plaza as the hotel. Lots of other restaurants within walking distances. Would have loved to try the Beercade that was one street over but had the kids with us.
You could maybe walk from downtown disney (1.5 miles or so) but there was some spots w/o sidewalks.
I would consider this property again given the cost.(Think we paid 70'ish per room with AAA rate)
