No, we use a bespoke travel agent and they booked direct with Orient Express ( who are now Belmond - except for the train trips) She always has a bottle of champers delivered to our room if you call that a value added perk The cruise is basically all inclusive anyway- ( all the tours, wine with lunch and dinner,) the only things we paid for at the end of the cruise was laundry and a few things I bought in the ships boutique We have been using our TA for years,( they used to be a Virtuoso agent) we basically book our own hotels, and she does the flights and cruises, works well for us.
