I just returned from a two night stay at the property, and had a fantastic stay. As noted my a reviewer before me, I found that the Andaz had a great vibe, which I appreciated after staying at several Tokyo luxury properties that I found a bit too sterile. As well, the Toranomon Hills shopping complex that the hotel is attached to, contains several coffee shops, restaurants, and a convenience store--nice to not have to go outdoors when the weather turns foul.
Highly recommend a visit to the nearby Hotel Okura, which will soon be closed for massive renovations. The lobby has been largely untouched since the 1960's and feels like you have entered a time machine when you walk through the front doors.
