As a DEN based flyer.... something like 45 flights out of den last ~year and a half on AA, only 2 were ever impacted by weather, and they were due to conditions at the destination not in DEN. I dont mind the CRJ-9 on DEN>LAX either, but gate checking my roller gets kinda annoying when I almost never check any bags.
