Eagle Creek. Specifically a 21" two-wheeled bag that converts to a backpack purchased in late December 2001/early January 2002. It has the "No matter what" warranty and has gone back for repairs four times if my memory is correct, including once when a leg was sheared off between Glasgow and Shetland. (Funny story. The middle-aged male BA rep told me there was no problem with the bag and offered to make it a peg leg.) 40+ flights later, the interior lining is starting to get sticky, but otherwise, it is still a great bag.
