I personally prefer seating on LX, as it feels more private (at least on most seats, not the seats where you have 2 seats on window row) and spacious than LH to me.
If LH has old C, then 100% sure choose LX. Otherwise, they're not bad any of them.

For service, I found them quite comparable. I'd qualify both of them as 'decent' in C.
