I have a strong Samsonite luggage. Still in good use. It has wheels and it has lasted me fair bit. Tho however nothing comes cheap so these luggage are like hard plastic feel. They have this rubber sealed around it just like you would see inside side of the door fridge.

So Samsonite i would recommend. But remember they don't come cheap. Tho you can find the cheapest one and to the highest point in price range from some where 200.00 dollars to 500.00 dollars believe it or not. And that is for 1 large luggage suitcase.
