Hi!

I move to New York from Canada 8 months ago. Upon moving, I immediately got a TD Cash Rewards Credit card, since they are one of the only that will provide a credit card to new residents because of their Canadian banking partnership.

That card is fine, and it has always done well for me. I've payed it every month and never carried a debt.

Now I'd like to apply for the US Airways Mastercard to take advantage of its amazing promotion. My fear, however is that I won't get approved, since I am still relatively new to the U.S.

I've gone through the Cardmatch tool from Creditcards.com, and it seems to only match me to some Capital 1 cards that don't really interest me.

Any thoughts?
