Maybe... New planes can do more hours per day than old ones in terms of the dash-8s. And the Q400 is about 200ish per hour faster than a 100. I think you'll see AC will move some more of the CRJs to Georgian...
These aircraft are leaving Jazz, not necessarily AC express.
There is also rumour that Air Canada is behind the mystery CRA order to be operated by someone other than Jazz...
In terms of the DH100s most of them operate in Quebec... and a few in other places.
