Submitted a claim for London Park Lane $686 all-in vs. $507 all-in on Amoma. I received an email just stating the rules of the promotion with no decision, just a form letter paragraph stating the rules. Nothing stating what rule caused any decline, not even stating a decline. I wrote back and have not heard anything. Now, 24 hours later the rate is gone from Amoma anyway. Perhaps they should simply offer a price match and some points, so they can at least perform in good faith.
