Sort-of. MH publishes FOC-MLE fares, but the routing is FOC-KUL-MLE so the extra stop in HKG doesn't work. Since you're doing KUL-MLE on MH, the MH fare applies to the journey.

You may try FOC-HKG-MLE operated by CX.
That should work. In addition, since the HKG-MLE segment is operated by CX, the CX published routing applies and it's a more liberal MPM one.
