Give BarSu another try. Talk to Khun Nuch about what you want. She is a professional bartender who is extremely good at what she does, and regularly competes in mixology competitions. You'll find her behind the bar, of course.

Nuch is a lovely woman and a terrific bartender. In the lower picture she's making her famous Lychee Martini. Nobody else can make it quite like that. But she can make anything if that one isn't to your taste and Bar Su prides itself on using fresh herbs and ingredients.
