Taking your son to a pediatrician for this incident feels a little over-protective to me. But we're all different, so no prob with that. But compensation? That seems like a bit much. We need to remember that sometimes accidents happen. No one's fault, and compensation isn't necessarily due for everything which doesn't go exactly as it's supposed to. Look at travel as an adventure. This is part of it!!
