I flew 4 SQ Intra-Asia legs in October. Not a single Satay in Biz class. Disappointed, as they're one of my favorites.

As for the KE vs MH issue, the KE lounge is nicer, but I'd go for the cheaper flights. I flew KE to KTM in 2011, but it was nothing special in Biz.

I've always found MH pretty decent for in flight service.
