Some requests for compensation are worth pursuing, some others fall into the "Move along, nothing to see here". This appears to be the latter.

Was turbulence involved, was no attempt to clean up the spill made? Accidents happen and babies get sick, a lot!!! I have 3 germ factories from age 7 months to 4 years. They are my grand kids. If I spent my time after taking them to the grocery store, gas station, Mall etc. blaming each place for my Grand kids maladies, I would need to retire and take up a new profession.....trying to find lawyers to take on my cases.
