Living in the DFW area I have stayed here numerous times before early morning flights. IMHO this is one of the very best Hyatts in the U.S. in terms of how it treats Diamond guests. I can't remember the last time I wasn't upgraded to at least an executive room, and probably > 50% of the time to a suite. More than once I have been given both points and the diamond amenity (although lately it has been one or the other, which is fine of course). Being able to take the breakfast in-room is extremely handy if you have an early flight as they will deliver as early as 5am. Agree with previous posters that the best course of action at breakfast is likely requesting a substitution rather than two separate entrees. The restaurant and bar staff is top notch and accommodating.
