I bought a paper RFID blocking folder from REI. It was $5. I couldn't even believe the paper did anything... except one time I walked through the screener with the passport in the folder and the alarm went off. Apparently the darn paper cover sets it off! Although on second thought it could be the RFID chip in the passport as that went through too.
