I collect magnets for my daughter from all my business trips so sometimes have several household type magnets in my luggage. You won't have any issue since these magnets aren't industrial strength and won't impact anything.

Also, check out 3floz.com - they might have travel size of all your make-up so it wouldn't cost quite as much
