I have also heard about the Antler suitcases being used by BA for replacement services, unfortunately the one I got, the K2 global seems to be a cheaper and worse product. Hopefully they can provide me a better, larger option or reimburse the cost.
This is easily fixed and not a particularly large problem. A simple phone call should have a new case delivered. Chances are that BA will not even want the unacceptable case returned. If they do, they will send a label.
Also worth checking the box in which it all came. It's possible that the supplier has a number to call and can deal with this even more quickly.
