Thank you so much for your advice. I have contacted BA today by filling out the complaint form. I have also heard about the Antler suitcases being used by BA for replacement services, unfortunately the one I got, the K2 global seems to be a cheaper and worse product. Hopefully they can provide me a better, larger option or reimburse the cost.
