It doesn't matter what is in CX and UL J class lavatories. On your flight there wasn't any lotion to use. So you expected to have an item from F, the same as expecting to go into the lounge when you weren't entitled to. You seem to expect to be given more than you pay for. That is fine, but do not expect people to react with sympathy at all.
