How to get UA printed BP for UA flights when first checking in with partner airline?

New to this group and have a question. I made a reservation via United that included a code share partner (Brussels Airlines). I am TSA-pre and Global Entry and have premium boarding (but am flying economy) for United. Brussels is the first leg of my return trip (1st of 3 flights) and so I received the automatic check in under Brussels Airlines (not United). When I checked in, I received boarding passes for all three legs of my flight (2nd and 3rd legs are United, 3rd leg is United domestic US). Because the boarding passes are from Brussels Airlines, I didn't get the premium boarding status nor the TSE pre status listed on boarding card. Can I get a new boarding pass from United when I get to Brussels or my first stop in the US?
