Travel route and time from SFO to Santa Rosa
In a few weeks I will be traveling from SFO to Santa Rosa on a Tuesday afternoon (departing approximately 3-4 PM) by car. Am I correct in understanding that the best route for me to take will be the following?
  1. I-380 W
  2. Merge onto I-280 N
  3. Merge onto CA-1 / 19th Street Avenue
  4. Merge onto US 101 / Presidio
  5. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge
  6. Continue on US 101

Can I expect this to take around 90 minutes or so (barring accidents), or will rush hour traffic on 101 have already begun by this time?
