Similar question to this. If I do SDC and I currently have 1 segment cleared with RPU, the other one waitlisted, will I be able to keep any of my upgrades or is it back into the waitlist for both segments?

Looking in the SDC thread, it looks like I am able to do a change but would like to clarify with everyone. Thanks
