I'll guess this may have been the Riley Turbo Skyliner which was a conversion of the de Havilland DH 114 Heron. And the latter just might be the previous similar four engine aircraft flying the same routes in the late 60's. The airline? Puerto Rico International Airlines, known as Prinair.
