HEL is FinnAir's hub. I would except SAS could fly CPH-TLV or ARN-TLV or OSL-TLV, but I wouldn't expect it to fly HEL-TLV.

A joker now referred to as pmAA used to fly domestic-style 757s (this was before the 75Ls were created) BOS-SNN, sold as single class but with the domestic-style F seats available first to those with elite status, roughly a decade or so ago.
