Sounds like your friend will have to wait until the next billing statement to receive the 140k points. Also, your friend probably met minimum spend right before the first statement cut. Having a Ritz Carlton account doesn't make things more difficult than Marriott - they are pretty much the same.
Thanks, I wonder the same, however, her very last transaction was posted two days before the statement cut and she spend beyond $3k exclude the AF.
Already called Chase, they said they need to get back to her... my friend can't wait for another months for the points to be post.... will see if Chase can fix this quickly..
