Chase Sapphire Preferred
Annual fee paid back in Aug of 2014. Spending maybe $10k/year. Cardholder since Aug 2012.
Complained about the removal of KE transfer. Asked if there were any offers to spend $X and get X points or credit. Got nowhere with the initial person. Asked to speak to "supervisor", was given 2,500 UR points.
Also received ~2k UR points when I called in Aug 2013.
Better than nothing - keeping the CSP for now.
