For the most part (with on- and off-peak), but the chart seems a little better than BA's in some categories. For instance, a one-way MAD-JFK in J is now 40k avios and will be 34k off-peak and 50k peak after the changes. I believe LHR-JFK (also 40k now) on BA will be 50k and 60k respectively.
