I'm currently in the Philippines where it has been unseasonably cool. It was 18 degrees a few days back and the locals were shivering! I guess it depends on what you are used to. However if from LAX, I'd say SFO and LHR aren't so far apart in chilly weather, which will still strike fear in some hearts!
