Since the food options stink in domestic F. I prefer the last row. I may get stuck with the crappy meal but I can recline whenever I want. Heck most of the time the flight crew doesn't even tell you to put your seat back upright for departure.
True and, if a hard bulkhead, I am not sure why the passenger would need to raise it.
