It doesn't matter if I try it in "private browsing", or normal, it works just fine for my log in. And will not work at all, when clearly correctly logged in as my family member.
I just want to thank everyone who helpfully posted that the first thing I should do is check to make sure the phone numbers on RB are listed correctly. Oh, wait...

I went back thru the thread, saw that advice, and sure enough, that fixed it.
