I've also received this via email now - the email link points to

It seems to be the same page embedded - changing the language on the Iberia main page didn't do anything for me.

You don't really need to be able to speak Spanish to grok it - there is a table showing the new fare class -> avios rates, and the new bonus rates for silver/gold/platinum.

Failing that - just look at the BA page - the changes seem to be the same.
