BAEC isn't that bad even post-changes with respect to other FFPs, and with the current changes, it's easier to make the decision on taking other carriers. (Like UL J via CMB rather than BA Y for less to LHR; akin like me totally ignoring SQ when I realised they were expensive AND the Krisflyer FF a totally bad programme )
