Well - I think that is mostly negative for me. Earnings rates down (eg on E and T class WTP, and on Mrs BBA's Silver card), and burning rates generally up. Only if you fly the most expensive ticket buckets do you benefit.
Luckily our Hawaii trip was booked before and will still benefit from the old rates.
As someone else said - a good look at next year's plan, and book something before the new rates kick in. At least they've given us 3 months notice of the changes this time.
