And to answer your question...

Unless things have changed, a domestic connection at OSL is effectively an arrival and a departure - you have to physically carry all your luggage (whether hand or checked) through customs, then go through the normal departure formalities as if you were starting your journey at OSL.

But I wouldn't particularly worry about security queues - and it's not as if there's any shortage of OSL-BGO flights if there's any delay.
