Currently waiting at SEA for the second attempt to get to EAT but not looking good, have the status as "marginal" visibility.

As far as timing, I'm not sure you have any other options but to grab a hotel as EAT closes down after that last SEA flight comes in. It does burn to pay for a night in a hotel to be there for 4 hours or less...

As far as taxis go, I have been working with a company called AC Checker that was recommended by the Springhill Suites front desk. Haven't had to use them but they have been responsive in scheduling pickup.
