Novotel Hong Kong Nathan Road Kowloon. Very small lounge, and has a "good and detailed" view of surrounding buildings. Breakfast selection is small - you'll do much better in the restaurant with the masses unless you want a really quiet place.
If you get lounge access due to Le Club Platinum status but did not book a rate including breakfast, are you restricted to having breakfast in the lounge only or can you still eat in the restaurant without charge?
