Correct - OW Emeralds don't get access to CCR based on status. But they do get in if they're flying longhaul F on BA.

_kurt possesses one of the shiny CCR cards!)
(Thankfully, I had no problems when I was passing through most recently; after scanning boarding passes, I and my guest were let into the CCR with no issues.)
