Your incident happened two years ago. I think it's time to drop the incident on move on. You're not going to get compensation from Air India and never will. The best way is to fly another carrier from now on or next time check the flight online before booking. Any web search with tell you this information.

There is no need to be offended by anyone's reply to your thread and no need to call names. If you want to pursuit legal action against Air India, perhaps it's best to contact an attorney to see if you have case.
