You're fine. No changes needed. Name is more important than title. As long as your passport is a match to the reservation (except for title), that's all they care.
Those OTA are useless for anything other than the norm. Which is why a travel agent in person is better in situations like this. They can just put an OSI in the reservation system to advise that passenger number 2, should be a MS and not MR. But no, that's just too much thinking for them to do.
Just show up at airport. And check in, no worries.
