I have looked at other airlines, have status match with United. I use Delta because of the high number of direct flights at MSP. In my travels I watch monitors to check on delays and also people I travel with. Delta has a good on time service in my experience while airlines line AA, UA and WN don't. Just like cell phones cheaper plans don't give you give or results you desire.
