The OP's questions were asked and appear to have been answered several times over. He just doesn't like the answers. IMHO it's time to put this thread to bed.
The proof of itinerary (image link) and repeated details offered by the passenger about the incident because, of not having a solution from the airline makes flyertalk a perfect place to discuss. If every thread, as you said, needs to be put to bed, and seek appropriate legal representation then it totally defeats the need for this forum to exist. What more needs to be answered by the passenger?
There is no sympathy asked for, instead, valuable sharing in this forum. A common customer who books tickets online and gets a fraudulent ticket filled with totally different service, nasty treatment from Air India staff, should not be a thread to exist on flytertalk? You are not serious.
