The OP repeatedly claims fraudulent and/or discriminatory practice by the airline, yet offers no details (i.e. proof) to support his position. Without understanding of local laws, awareness of the airline's Conditions of Carriage, proof of wrongdoing by the airline, and appropriate legal representation the OP isn't going to get squat. Then, now, or ever.
