Hello - been reading for several weeks, and finally have something to add... I have been doing mileage runs since before I knew what they were called - I thought I was alone in the world... and am so happy to find that this is not abnormal behavior... :-)

I have been asked by airline personnel "Weren't you just on my last flight?" - I smile, and say, "why yes... I'm writing an article on airline customer service..."
